Orders Made Online;
Upon receipt of your purchase, you have a 14 day money back guarantee, to be notified in 7 days of receipt.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please inform us immediately on receipt. Alternatively, contact us via email on info@wharfedaleantiques.com.
In agreement with Wharfedale Antiques the item may be returned within 14 days, in the same condition as it was originally sent, and a full refund will be provided. We ask to be notified of the return within 7 days of receipt.
The buyer must pay return postage. When shipping an item back to us, please mark all delivery paperwork stating it is a returned item (for importing reasons, if it is not marked as a return it will be held at customs and returned to sender).
Any item that has been resized to tailor your requirements is non-refundable.
Purchases in Store;
Purchases seen and made in store do not qualify for full refund.
If for any reason you do not wish to keep the item purchased in store it can be returned and exchanged for items of the same value of sale price or store credit note to be put towards something at a later date.
In agreement to Nicholsons Jewellers the item may returned for exchange within 28 days of purchase date. We ask to be notified of the return for exchange within 14 days of purchase date.
The buyer must return in store with full receipts and credit notes are available to 6 months unless agreed otherwise in store.
